Once you reserve, please notify us of your transfer by email and keep the proof of the transfer on paper or digitally. Our return and cancellation policies vary depending on each tour.

- La Virgen Beach and Sugarloaf Tour: No show or cancellation within 48 hours does not warrant a refund. Personal situations, returns do not apply. For cases of medical problems, only return with medical document will apply  backup.

- Astronomical Tour: The tour can be canceled for climatic reasons up to one hour prior to the agreed date, meriting 100% of the refund.
